KURANUI LODGE
Within the Kuranui estate stands the rustic yet elegant Kuranui Lodge, from its extravagant exposed timber beams, to the thick straw walls finished with natural lime plaster. This lodge is an idyllic location, hand crafted years ago with a unique and inviting modern approach. The comfort of this homely stay is amplified by the large stone fireplace, blazing to warm up the atmosphere and set the mood.
The Bar, fine linen, high ceilings, and long timber tables all combine to exceed your expectations of a traditional hunting lodge. The comfortable furniture welcomes you as you come home from your hunt, to a personal choice of beverage ready to hear all the stories after your thrill seeking day of hunting.
Luxurious comfort
When all settles down and the night creeps upon us, you are invited to the grand staircase that winds upstairs to Kuranui Lodges two master bedrooms. Prepared with fine linen, and furnished with super king beds, duvets, pillows and blankets filled with feather down encourage a warm, comfortable night’s sleep. If anything extra is needed just ask one of our Kuranui Team and they will have it at your request! Each private master bedroom contains its own private en-suite. The perfect place to rest, ready for your next Kuranui adventure.
PRIVATE VILLAS
A short stroll uphill from the Kuranui Lodge is our very own private Kuranui Villas. Our two private Kuranui Villas have been hand built with thick straw walls finished with natural lime plaster similar to the Kuranui Lodge. Both private villas are located next to each other separate from the lodge itself. Each private Kuranui Villa is fully furnished with a super-king bed, power, and a private en-suite with wheelchair access. Each villa has been hand crafted to ensure the utmost comfortable stay. Windows looking out upon Kuranui Estate, warm down filled duvets, blankets and pillows. Anything extra is needed just ask one of our Kuranui Team and they will have it at your request!
